The Champion Advanced Strength Development Program will help you not only break through a plateau, but to also take a big leap forward.

Our acclaimed training program is based on the same principles we use everyday with our more advanced training clients in our gym. We know what works, and we know how to help you reach your goals fast.


ADVANCED STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT


  • Training Level: Intermediate / Advanced
  • Workouts per Week: 4
  • Workout Length: 60-75 Min
  • Duration: 12 Weeks
  • Equipment Needed: Barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebells


This program was specifically designed to intelligently enhance your strength and build muscle while also giving you the tools to feel and move better!

There are tons of strength templates out there, but few give you as well rounded of an approach as this one. While we will prioritize major movements like the squat, bench press, and deadlift that are the foundation of any good strength program, this program is complete with:

  • Self Myofascial Release through foam rolling and other tools
  • Mobility Drills to keep you moving optimally
  • Movement Prep Exercises to help groove movements for the day
  • Power Development to prime your nervous system for your big strength lifts
  • Specific Accessory Exercises that not only help you build strength and muscle, but address weaknesses and create a well rounded training program.

This is truly one of the most comprehensive programs of its kind.

After the 12 weeks of programming ends, you will continue to have access to the program for as long as you continue to be a member. Many people continue their membership because they want to continue to have access to the workouts and educational content for future reference, or because they fell behind during their training.
